Gates & Sourusodos

NOTE: YOU CANNOT HAVE A GATE AND SOURUSODO RELEASE ACTIVE AT THE SAME TIME. YOU MUST EITHER USE A GATE, OR THE SOURUSODO RELEASE, NOT BOTH AT THE SAME TIME.


Gates: The 9 inner gates that every angel can unlock, and the forbidden 10^th that only a select few can reach. The gates regulate the Sourupowa that flows through every being in the world, but only Angels, Demons, Hybrids, and some Civilians are know to have unlocked at least one of them. They are forcibly opened to give the being more power, each gate, multiplying their power, starting at Ichi, x2, Ni, x3, San, x4, and so on until you reach Juu, x11. As of now, the Gates seem to have no harm to the body, besides exhausting it to the point of rendering the user unconscious if they are pushing their limits. These are the Gates...

Each gate is unlocked through certain requirements. The requirements for each are listed below:

1. Ichiban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 100 or more. You must also learn the nickname of your Sourusodo.
   
2. Niban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 200 or more. You must do a 200 word Training Topic to Unlock it.
   
3. Sanban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 2,000 or more. You must make a 200 word Training topic to unlock it.
   
4. Yonban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 5,000 or more. You must also have your first encounter with a Demon/Angel (NPC or not does not matter)
   
5. Goban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 10,000 or more. You must also make a 500 word Training Topic to unlock it.
   
6. Rokuban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 12,000 ore more. You must Kill 10 Demons/Angels and train in a 300 word Training Topic to unlock it.
   
7. Nanaban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 20,000 ore more. You must also take on a team of Angels/Demons and train them to at least Mid-Lieutenant level.
   
8. Hatchiban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 55,000 or more. You must go through extreme mental and physical stress to awaken this hidden power. You must also fight Kami/Shinigami and have her awaken your potential.
   
9. Kyuuban:This gate is unlocked with a Sourupowa of 100,000 or more. You must have done a 2000 word Training Topic, Fight Kami/Shinigami one last time and somehow win, as well as meditate in a 200 word Training Topic. Once all Requirements are met, you will unlock the 9^th Gate.
   
10. Juuban:This gate is forbidden and unlocked with a 300,000 level of Sourupowa or more. You must:
    Make a 5000 word Dual training topic with another user to fight it out in the Kyuuban.
    Buy the item: Kami's Blessing from the shop.
    Kill over 100 Demons/Angels

Gates can be activated all at once, or one at a time (you'll see how below this paragraph) in one post. There is no charge limit to them. (You don't HAVE to go up one at a time, but you can.)




Sourusodo: A Sourusodo simply translates at "Soul Sword". They are the physical manifestations of other souls that have attached to a living being when they are alive. When beings die, they can tap into this souls power and use it to aid their own. Each sword has its own unique powers and abilities, as well as a 'Nickname' (Kyuketsuki (Vampire)), which is a swords title, and a 'True Name' (Bloodriver Akasha), which is the Soul's actual name. That, is Sourusodo...

To obtain and get its powers you must do the following:

Nickname:

1. Die and Become an Angel/Demon, or Die and be brought back to life.
   
2. Create a 300 Word Training Topic, in which you must enter your mind and find the soul of your Sourusodo.
   
3. Learn the Nickname of your Sourusodo.
   

The Nickname and True Name differ greatly. One is much more powerful than the other when released, and to gain the True Name, you must do the following:

True Name:

• Have a 50% (or more) bonding rate with your Sourusodo
  
• Unlock at least the 5^th Gate.
  
• Sword Skill of at least 250.
  

A Sourusodo's powers increase your own to about the 5^th Gate, when you know its True Name. Nickname is a title for the sword. True Name is the actual first/last name of the sword, example:
