The Last Straw (Open) [END OF CHAPTER I PLOSTLINE]

Narora gave a quick glance to everybody here. He sighed, keeping his mind focused so as not to be detracted by the loss of hid daughter.

He reached up to the Limiter on his chest, and pulled it off. Part of the reason he used it, was because he was absolutely horrible at containing his Sourupowa.

But, at the moment, he felt that he could. This place... It was dark. It was closer to Death than even Heaven seemed to be. In this place, he felt more in control. When the Limiter was off, it vanished into small particles. It would later reform when he needed it.

Narora took in a deep breath, moving his arms up slightly, fist-ed at the hands, and breathed out. His body glowed with a slight outline of Silver Sourupowa, before it settled down.

He was quick to draw his own Sourusodo, the slightly longer than normal Katana, Kyuketsuki. In his mind, she was quiet. She didn't utter a word. Probably just as focused as him. Narora placed a hand in his pocket, and let himself relax.

“Our Next move...” He spoke, looking down to think.

He looked back up again a moment later. “Well, Azmot has told us to stay put. And though we are the same rank, he and I, I have always found it worth my wile to listen to him. So, we will stay.” He pointed in the direction that Ryu pointed out earlier. “That signature will have to wait. However, feel free to walk around any way you wish. If you get into trouble you cannot handle, simply come back. All you need to do is feel for my Sourupowa, or spike your own, and either I or Azmot, or both of us, will come running.”

"And, seeing as how we are the only ones here, you are a valued part of this mission. So, when I say that we will come running. I don't mean we'll have Limiters on, or fight at low level."

"If we fight to long, we could be detected, if we aren't already. So when we come running, we're pulling out the Big Guns. So I advise you... NOT... to be seen."

He was quick to sit down, Sourusodo placed in his lap as he sat lotus position. “What I'm going to do, is begin to search for my Daughter's signature. When we find her, we find him. And the sooner we find him, the sooner we kill him, and get our asses out of here.” The man closed his eyes. Below him, a seal etched itself into the sand. It was small, something that every Captain Level Being knew, be it from scrolls in the library, a Sensei, or just outright learning it on their own.

It was a searching seal. It focused Narora's Sourupowa for him, while he put his full attention to unleashing it, and feeling for what he was looking for. It wasn't long before he was glowing again. The slight pressure he admired was enough to knock away the uneasy feeling in the area, filling it with a warmer, but still cold feeling of his own Sourupowa.

A chill went doewn his spine from the sheer power of the sourupowa. Sangoran stood still, his hands folded at his chest and smiles. "I'm pretty sure we'll be fine. Besides, it can't possibly be that bad can it?" He questioned. "In any case, I'm going to go take a rest over here until something interesting happens, or Narora locates his daughter. Sangoran then walks over to the wall and sits himself down in the sandy earth, with the sand barely moving. He then loooks over to Narora, with his back turned to Sangoran and the others. "I wish you luck Naro. We'll all get her back, even if it kills us." He said with a passionate, yet burning sensation in his eyes, which Narora might have felt through his concentration. Even so, Sangoran still focused his attention at him, not moving his vision from the determined angel one bit.

As Giddion hears "Walk around as you like" (Or simmilar words) He begins to walk away.

"Since none of you will respond to me, I'm going to go for a walk. He follows in the direction of of the scent of his rival. He Runs off in the direction. The scent getting stronger and stronger as he goes along. The air is thick. Giddion Reaches where the scent is the heaviest. It completely fades away. The scent of a familiar demon fills the air.

"Im surprised! You came all the way here just to die!

"Mitsuhide... Still alive I see? Akechi Mitsuhide, One of Oda Nobunaga's High captains. He was one of Oda's most respected warriors, Until one day when he Betrayed Oda in an attempt to Overthrow Oda. It inevitably failed, and he was cast away into Oblivion. He wields Twin Scythes and is a force to be Reckoned with.

"Ah! So you Do remember me! And you remember when I almost Crushed you in the Demon Rebellion as well I take it? Giddion Clenched his fist In anger.

"As I remember it, You called in Your entire army after I wiped the floor with you, Then after they tired me out, You had the upper hand! He spits, and smirks.

"Anyway... Now you have no army to back you up!" Giddion Draws His sword.

"Wait a sec Gid... Something seems different about Akechi now... He seems... I dont know... Just different... Akechi slowly draws the scythes from the Holder on his back.

"Your blood will finally be stained on these blades, once and for all!

(Bump)

Ryu takes the opportunity of the relative silence to hover and observe. He was trying to focus, but the small energy signal had taken his attention. All he could do is focus on it and read it's intimacies.

"I can't take it aymore, this is extremely boring. Narora, Sango, I am going to scout a little further into that signal, something about it is just, bugging me. I wont go far, but if I get into any mischief, best believe I will call for help." Ryu began to fly away, as he gave a smal salute to the two grounded beings. He had progressed about two and a half miles before the small power got stronger. Looking down, all Ryu could see was a building. Holy shit, I gotta get back to Narora, and quick

Just as Ryu was flying away, a hand grasped firmly onto his ankle, and slammed him down towards the beach. As he landed in the rough sand, a pair of strong legs came crashing down into the middle of his back. In his last few seconds of consciousness, Ryu fluctuated his sourupowa, giving Narora the obvious signal that he needed help. The stranger that had assaulted Ryu dragged him back and threw him into the hut where his unconscious body lie in a heap.

Narora's eyes snapped open, the silver tint still visible. He growled and disrupted his seal on the sand, and stood. He pulled out his Sourusodo from where it was, and sent a slight jump in Sourupowa back to where Azmot was, and anybody else.

Without a word, as the others must have felt it, he rushed off, body fazing away in the direction of the Sourupowa. His body appeared, a slight distortion around him as he lost control of his Void element for a moment, then regained control.

He took a look around him, not finding Ryu anywhere. He gripped Kyuketsuki tighter, eyes narrowed, and prepared for an attack by dodging with Warp Step should anything happen.

The sudden burst shot Sangroan up from his sandy seat and he shot to his feet. "That was Ryu's." He thought to himself. He looked over and saw Narora had gotten the head start there. It was probably better that way anyway. Sangoran ran toward the spiked sourupowa's location when a sword swing shot around from the corner. He flipped back, using the momentum to keep him from getting decapitated and hits the beach. He rolls back and gets back to his feet holding Rengoku in his hands.

"Tch. That old kiddie crap doesn't work on me anymore ya know." Sangoran said peering at the sword disappearing behind the rocky wall. Then a man walked out from behind it. He stood nearly as tall as Sangoran, his white t-shirt covered in blood, forming a round bottomed 'V' shape from the neck to the bottom. His long black pants scraped up and multiple cuts on either side.

"It's been a while kid." He said with a low tone. "Oh, and i brought a friend to make this reunion better." Another man stepped out after him. He had multiple gold chains, a pair of broken black sunglasses, a gray muscle shirt, and matching sweatpants with a black stripe doing down both legs. "You guys look like hell. You couldn't least tidy up for this?" Sangoran teased. he gripped Rengoku tighter and looked over towards where he felt a slight amount of Narora's presence. "I'll hurry thid up real quick." He decided in his head as he looked back to the two who stood ready to kill in front of him.

(To be clear, the guy in blood is Neuron, and the other guy is Augros. See my sample to make things clearer.)

(Just in case Baku see's this; Sure, go ahead Baku, but, find a way to get yer character to limbo. Like, following our Sourupowa, or feeling' Narora's explode like it had before way back in twilight town and following us. XD)

(I'm sorry but i'm getting a little tired of waiting for ppl to post. Does anyone oppose to skipping ppl in the posting cycle this time? I wanna see this done as much as everyone else does, so i think it would be important to do so.)

Xigarel! Azmot declared as his sword struck the Sabre, massive amounts of Sourpowa committing from eachother. The demon smirked and grunted, pushing back and putting a few feet in between eachother. Without words, the Demon slashed at the ground, sending a wave of malice towards Azmot.

The angel parried, using his clouds to propel him upwards and to the left. Then, the clouds shot out of his back, moving him at high speeds towards his opponent. Just as he was in striking area, however, Xigarel flickered, somewhat like a hologram. The attack passed through the demon, causing the attack to hit the ground and for Azmot's weapon to become stuck. Xigarel stopped flickering, and with a single swipe, aimed at Azmot's head.

The teen reacted by jetting into the man and letting go of the sword, tackling the demon before the swipe went through. Out of Azmot's general coat sleeve, the Featro Dagger shot out instantly. With a quick stab, Azmot tore into Xigarel's flesh, ripping apart muscle in his right thigh. Then, attempting to cause spasms, Azmot sent shock waves through the target's body. However, as soon as he did so, Xigarel vanished.

Then, behind him, the Angel felt a sharp pain in his left arm, particularly above his bicep and below his shoulder. In instinct reaction, he rolled away from his back, revealing to his eyes an unharmed Xigarel.

But... the illusions Sourpowa-

Was a misconception.

Enraged, Azmot threw the dagger at Xigarel's foot, purposely missing. The demon laughed at this, too, and simply stood there, glaring at Azmot. The young angel looked at his hands; His gloves were there, the Gloves of Alchemist's Widow. Putting his hands in fists, Azmot stood. He struggled to come to his knees, due to his eminent exhaustion, but he stood. Then, in sudden action, he slammed his fist together while moving them against eachother.

A ball of flame grew over Azmot, it's full size in a 4 feet diameter. The blue fire licked at the air, before Azmot put his right hand up in shape, his fingers bent and pointing to the sky. The fire started to slowly transfer towards his hand, condensing into a small ball of the blue fire only an inch in diameter.

If you can't hit me with a dagger, how are you going to hit me with THAT? You'll just miss~ He said, chuckling.

Sweat formed on Azmot's eyebrow due to his concentration. But, in lack of this, he smiled.

Me? I never miss.

With that, the Dagger glowed intently, sending a concentrated pulse of electrical energy from behind Xigarel towards Azmot, causing him to fly towards the youth.

By this time, the transfer was complete. Azmot pointing his hand towards the demon, he used his left hand to support it (Like a one handed Kamehameha). Then, in an instant, a bright beam of blue light erupted from his hands, the compacted fire particles singing the demon's very flesh. Screams erupted from the body, but Azmot kept firing until the one inch wide beam had no more fuel.

Looking over the mangled body, Azmot checked the demon's vitals. Gone. The boy retrieved his Featro Dagger, and flew upwards to leave the area. However, when he did, he noticed that the area was still covered in the strange red aura.

Oh fuck me. Azmot said, and as the last word was spoken, Black Dame ate away through his chest, slicing from his back and through his stomach.

I'd rather have you for lunch.

(this is a dream sequence ryu is unconscious right now awaiting people to come find him and the mysterious other person in his cell so essentially none of this is relevant and ryu will have powers that he does not actually possess. is this comic relief or a glimpse of the future, you decide)

Ryu slowly started to drift back and forth as his vision started to come back. When he opened his eyes he was on what looked like a bloody fallout zone, astrew with the bodies of fallen (must finish later

Narora narrowed his eyes as he felt a great deal of Sourupowa crushing down in the directions that the others had gone in. He let out a strange 'tck' noise, and was about to run off to the closest one, before a larger power crushed down on him.

As he stood there, face frozen in a good deal of surprise and fear, he shifted his head slowly, fighting just to do that, and caught sight of his only objective.

“...K...K-Kaiden...” When he began to push out his own Sourupowa to even out the pressure of Kaiden's own, it allowed him to move once more. As he turned and stopped to look at Kaiden, his eyes swept from side to side a few times, eventually going to rest on the other Senoku's body once more.

“Where... is she...?” His voice left no room for arguing, but Kaiden didn't seem to pay attention.

The man smirked, before opening his arms, as if to say 'hug me'. “Well well... If it isn't my dear twin brother... How nice it is to see you... come, give your brother a hug...” His arms moved forward slightly, still open.

Narora narrowed his eyes, took one step forward, and put his Sourusodo away. However, he then rolled back a sleeve on his General Cloak and let blood fall onto a seal on his forearm, from his bitten thumb. In a large puff of smoke, a Katana, lengthened to a foot and a half longer than usual, came from it.

He narrowed his eyes and drew the blade back. “Hug this!” When he swung the blade, three invisible threads flew from it in the form of his Sourupowa. However, due to this being the first fight it is ever used in, it's threads were visible in the fading twilight of the dark beach, and were easily dodged.

When Kaiden landed, he shook his head. “Now now, Narora-nii... how can you be so sure that little Mato isn't in that direction?”

Narora smirked. “Because you dodged!” He swung again, and Kaiden was forced to move with a 'Tck', a seemingly signature thing for all Senoku.

Sangoran backed up slowly as Augros and Neuron seemed to be seperating as they got closer to him. He kept his eye on the two as the slowly apporached him. Not knowing anything of what to do, how to go about it, or where they got their sourupowa from, it became an issue that Sangoran couldn't apporach without haste.

"Now then. Are we going to just slow dance here, or are you two ladies going to play." He teased. Sangoran gripped Rengoku and took stance. Right foot forward, with his leg straightened out, his left leg bentback, ready to push off of it at any given moment in any given direction, whether it be for offensive or defensive purposes, and Rengoku with the bottom end of the weapon pointed out and downward like his leg. He waited for one of them to attack forst, making it easier for a counter strike.

"Your goin ta die kid!" Augros said with a bit of a southern accent in his voice. He charged at Sangoran, holding a kusarigama in his hands and the weighted ball in his other hand. He swung the sickled end at him and Sangoran blocked with the snath of Rengoku and pushed it downward. In the same motion, he jumped up and swung his body around and kicked Augros in the face and sent him flying into the sand. He slid in the rocky sand and skid to a stop in the bed of the water. Landing on the ground, Neuron ran up to sneak attack Sangoran. He ducked the sword swing and swung around and leg sweeped Neuron, and using the rest of the momentum, stabbed Rengoku upward through Neuron's chest cavity and twisted his wrists, making the sharp blade to seperate his body in two and fall to the beach, staining the rocks with two pools of blood, which began to pour toward the ocean.

He stood up and looked at the severed corpse that once used to be his acquaintance, and spit on the rocky beach. Hearing a couple coughs, he turned toward Augros and flicked the blood off of Rengoku and watched him stand to his feet. "Can we hurry this up please? I have soemewhere important to be." He said with a small smile on his face. He seemd to enjoy the reunion a lot more than anticipated.

Azmot looked at the wound that plagued him, the spout of blood slowly becoming bigger causing him to loose focus and start to fall, his Soursodo's power no longer protecting him. As the angel fell, he slipped into an unconscious state, the last thing he noticed being that Black Dame was removed from his body and that Neko, or Xigarel, left the area. That is, their Sourpowa did, and that's all that Azmot could really tell at that point. He was aware as he hit the ground, though his body protected him from most of it. The fight was already over...

How... And with that, he dreamed.

Ryu awoke in a dark room. He could barely see his hand in front of his face it was so dark. He slowly began to rise until the chains yanked him back down. He was sluggish and in pain. Whoever had attacked him had left him in a broken state. Ryu raised his hands as far as he could and sent out four trace blasts of sourupowa, strictly intended to give out his location. Even this small effort left him breathing heavily. He passed out again.

The next time he awoke there was a large mug in front of him. He grabbed at it greedily and drank down the whole cup. He then went through his usual routine of trying to talk to the other person in the cell, and sending out bursts of sourupowa. Hopefully he would be located soon.
