Sourupowa Training (Closed: Narora)

Narora rolled his shoulder and loosened his joints and muscles as he stood around a ring of trees. Today's mission, use Sourupowa to direct some knives he has around his body. The limitations?

No Throwing.

He set the 7 knives around him in a circle, each facing the targets.

Eyes Closed. He closed them, brow tensing in concentration as he began to push his Sourupowa out.

Sitting Down. He did so, sitting himself down in the circle so if he did throw them, it would be much harder.

His body tensed as he let his Sourupowa flow out of him slowly. This was more an exercise for control, not increasing it. But Kami had said, when people attempt this, they end up increasing their reserves anyway.

The process was making the Sourupowa form whips of energy that flew out from the body. It would then envelop the weapon, in this case, a knife, and control it as the user moved his/her Sourupowa around. He/She would then flick the whips of Sourupowa at a target, and make the knife fly at it. Of course, this was very hard as...

1. The Sourupowa likes to fly out of the body in waves, not one single whips, so you had to control your Sourupowa to a degree where most of it was held back, and more was let out in the form of whips.
   
2. It is very hard to make Sourupowa move in open space without anything to stop it
   
3. Making a solid bubble of Sourupowa around the weapon was extremely hard. It required VERY dense Sourupowa to do so.
   
4. Moving the Sourupowa fast enough to throw something was extremely hard. Moving it normally was like moving through water... x2.
   

So, he started small. He began to release his Sourupowa a bit, only 30% of his total. A small breeze flew past him as he released about 1,500 Units of Sourupowa. Only the grass around him whipped around, the tree leaves and grass further away swayed lightly.

Now he began the task of pushing back on his Sourupowa. He was sure to leave some flaws in his suppression, to let Sourupowa leak out of it. He was somehow seeing this in his mind as he focused on it. Out side, a feint arm of Sourupowa formed, only enough to distort the light that passed through it, making all behind it blur slightly.

He smiled, this was easier than he thought. But then he started to add more Sourupowa. Reaching 50%, about 2,500 Units, he began to sweat and struggle with his control. He had to increase his suppression ever so slightly, or it would all be sealed off, and if he didn't increase enough, the Sourupowa just leaked out to much. He tried harder, the sweat pouring off of him. He finally managed to get it under control, but he was panting hard.

Damn, this was some hard shit. It was like he was looking in two different directions at once. He suddenly dropped his concentration, making a large, short gust of wind blow through the area.

He sat there, hands on his crossed legs, panting and sweating. This was impossible. Training like this. He didn't know a single person who had even spoke of being able to do this kind of exercise.

For now, he would just take a quick rest, then get back to it.

Narora, his rest finished, stood up once more and, with a small breath, began to stretch. The training had stiffened his body, and a stiff body made a hard time controlling one's Sourupowa. He grunted as his neck popped, and his joints loosened up.

He opened his eyes, and sat down to try his new plan of action.

Doing every one of the knifes at once could prove to be very taxing, as just shown, so, he went even smaller, and started with one knife at a time. If he got better, then he would do two.

He closed his eyes once more, and focused on his Sourupowa once more. He found that, only concentrating on one of these knifes at a time, he was able to create stronger wisps, and move them much easier.

Now, the task was to put it around the knife.

He concentrated hard, sweat dripping down his forehead once more, and managed to encase the knife in it. Now, it was all about lifting the knife.

He swallowed loudly, and attempted to bring up his Sourupowa. At first, it worked, but when he got the knife an inch off the ground, it slipped through the arm and hit the ground. He grunted, and tried once more, receiving the same result.

He made a grunt like noise in the back of his throat. He came up with a new idea, and reached his hand up to his chest.

Attached to his neck was a cross like item. It was a seal that stored away 25% of his total power. By releasing it, he would be stronger, and that might give him the amount of Sourupowa needed to make dense surfaces.

He gripped the cross, which he had dubbed a Rosario, after that strange silver haired woman's own, and tore it from his neck. There was a pause, before his silver Sourupowa whipped up around him like fire, giving off a strange mixture of wind, and water-like sounds, and from then on, giving off wind like noises, one a hurricane or cyclone might make.

He focused his mind, and brought it all under his control again. He took a deep breath, and focused on the 'Sourupowa Hand' he had created. With slightly less effort, he was able to draw the Knife into the air. But, that was only part of the exercise. Now, he had to throw it.

Throwing it would be hard. He knew this. Moving Sourupowa around in the air without a technique was extremely slow, so he had to find a way to do it without just moving the Sourupowa.

Just for an experiment, he moved it around slightly, and found his assumption to be close to true. It was extremely slow, and moved like water in a constantly shifting container. If he listened to it hard enough, which was hard already, it actually sounded like bubbles were moving around in it.

He began to think back on his previous training. So far, he had only done exercises to increase his control over his Sourupowa, which in itself, should let him move it around better.

He sat there for a good few minutes, and was about to give up, when Akasha in his mind started to speak to him, her tone, motherly.

'Narora-kun.' Her voice echoed in his mind. He grunted, splitting his concentration between the hand, and his Sourusodo. He was vaguely aware that his Sourupowa Levels where around 75% now.

'Hai? Akasha-san?' He thought back. He was differently straining his mind right now. Between the Output of Sourupowa, Suppression of it in some areas, controlling the density, and keeping it still, AS WELL as talking to her? Damn.

She answered back to him almost immediately. She probably felt the drain on his Sourupowa. 'I know you don't want me to help you in training, but let me just this once.' Without waiting for an answer, she continued. 'You thought it yourself, you said 'Technique' to move Sourupowa quickly. Don't you know one technique that could help with that?'

Narora waited for a few moments, wondering what she meant, then he got it. He opened an eye, directed his hand to Akasha's blade, pulled it out, and set it in his lap.

He began to draw on Akasha's Sourupowa, and a bright white, outlined in red, energy coated the blade. It was his prized Getsuga Sendou (Deadly Heaven Piercer). As he focused on it, he began to move it just the same way as his own Sourupowa. He was successful, and his own Sourupowa grew slightly [b]darker[b], and gained a red outline. It looked like a gray color, not the lighter silver color.

He grinned as his Sourupowa moved much faster than before. He began to concentrate on the knife again, and moved his single Sourupowa arm around. With minimal effort, it seemed to whip around like an actual arm. He tried to launch the knife with it, and grinned outright when it struck the target, abet, not dead center, but it did hit the third ring out from it, on an 8 red ringed target.
