Req.: Go to and gather 15 souls, all of specific targets. Their are 7 Soldiers with sensitive information about Oda: These are 3rd priority. Next, their are 5 scouts that have heard word of Oda's next assualt: Eliminate them before they inform a being of higher standing. This is 2nd priority. Finally, their are 3 Rouge warriors that worked for Oda specifically: Eleminate them. This is first priority, for none of Oda's secret's should ever be released.
You may keep the souls of your victims.
