Are you a demon, or not? [Daisuke/Bakuto/NPC-War]

Both him and Bakuto had been staring into each other for a while now. Beforehand, they had an argument, at how Daisuke should technically act, behave and fight differently. But all that was spawned so far was both of them getting smoking heads. Bakuto tried to explain Daisuke what it means to be a demon, and the boy constantly contradicted him, giving him examples at how an angel acts instead. Daisuke learned his behavior mostly from Narora - A high classed ANGEL. So, it was obvious that he'd be 'suffering' under the wrong education.

"Aaah... I think it's useless, Bakuto. I'll never be like a demon! It's... just not in me!" The boy exclaimed, a little sad over his own failure.

Sighing frustrated, and looking sad and thusly cute up at Bakuto, the boy didn't notice that another figure was approaching them...

Bakuto just rubbed his head and sighed. He should have known it be tough but did not know it be this tough to get the kid to start being a real demon. He then looked up behind Daisuke and slowly got a small smile on his face as he saw recognized the person walking up to them from behind Daisuke. 'Oh just the person I need to help me.' Murakumo just sweatdropped. 'Oh heaven no. This could end up being a bad thing for Daisuke-san if she gets ahold of him and helps with the training. May he somehow survive the hug of doom!'

Noticing the smile, the boy tilted his head slightly, wondering what would cause Bakuto to act this way. Afterall, this situation isn't really anything to smile about! As Daisuke inflated his cheeks in a childishly-annoyed manner, the kid started to jump up at Bakuto to have his face on the same level as the man.

"This! Is nothing! To laugh! About!" Daisuke said during the jumps, trying to look threatening. Although all he did was make himself seem even more like a child.

As he stopped jumping, his breathing grew to gasps. It was surely annoying, but not Bakuto fault. Thus, the boy gave a frustrated sigh.

After the dodgeing Bakuto heard a sound that made him shiver and sweatdrop a little coming from the woman. It was a squeal of happinest. Next thing he saw was a blur and Daisuke scopped up by the woman. "Oh so cute, cute, cute, CUTE! Your so adorable!" She said while giving Daisuke a hug with his face in between her breasts. This made Bakuto feel abit jealous and mumble. 'Lucky Brat' He thought. 'That should be my face in between her breasts. Though she hardly can resists cute things. Makes ya wonder how can she be one of the strongest demons in Hell with the way she acts.'

The boy turned towards the squeal in surprise. But his reaction got quickly changed to an utterly shocked one as the boys face got a facefull of the woman's cleavage. Immediatly squirming, the boy tried to get away, as his face flushed red from the sudden unwanted attention.

"L-Let g-gomph opfh mephf!!" He said, clearly speech impaired as his face was clearly stuck.

The boy squirmed and flailed, doing no real attacks, biting or even scratching that a usual agressive demon would do.

"Bak-mphf! Bakutoooopmhfh!" Daisuke said in shock, feeling as though he was going to be suffocated by the stranger. Why wasn't the demon man helping him?!

Bakuto truely did want to help. Truely so he could get the attention of his best friend/sensei for himself. But he also liked living since getting in between War and something cute was almost suicidal in nature. He saw what happened to a few demons that tried that once and he swore they where still finding peices of them in different parts of hell. But, knowing that she wouldn't hurt him since he wasn't trying to take him away he decided to help the poor boy. "War-chan, please let him go. I think he's starting to run out of air. Because I'm pretty sure his face isn't suppose to be blue." He said to the woman currently hugging Daisuke to death.

The boy struggled for a little longer, his eyes almost popping comically out of his head, before his entire body suddenly limped, ceasing to move. His entire body strangely relaxed, and his chest stopped to move... ever stranger, his Sourupowa ceased to be sense-able aswell...!

...Wait.

Bakuto's eyes got wide in surprise. He did not expect this so soon. Though War does do unpredictable(And often incredible dangerous) things and make strange things happen(sometimes to herself). Bakuto then shook his head quickly to try and get rid of his shock. "War-chan. I think you should let him go now." He said as War blinked and grinned sheepishly. "Sorry about that." She said as she let Daisuke down. "But he was just to cute acting like that and I just couldn't resist the cuteness!"

The body fell down, having no strength left to stand or even THINK. it took a couple of seconds before the boy's survival mechanism kicked in, causing Daisuke to gasp and pant extremely hard for air. His eyes and body jolted up, grabbing his own throat and looking in shock and fear at the potetional killer.

"Are you crazy?! You almost choked me!... That hurt!" He said, in his usual high pitched voice. Standing up, the boy flailed a fist near War's face.

"It's not nice to try to kill someone! You...you..." Daisuke quit his fist shaking when he realized what he was messing with. He felt the Sourupowa coming from her...

... A demon! And a powerful one at that!

Now more then scared, the boy ran behind Bakuto, looking over the man's shoulder.

"Please, Bakuto-san... don't let that demon come near meee..." He said, scared of her incredible strength.

At this point, one could easily mistake Daisuke as a simple little kid.

Bakuto then did something no one thought he'd do. He laughed and started rolling around on the ground. "O-oh god! T-that's a good one Daisuke! That is hillarious!" He laughed as he got back on his feet. "S-saying War would kill ya after she deemed you cute is like saying that Shinigami-sama likes to dance around in a pink tutu! Never going to happen! And if it did it mean the end of everything!"

Daisuke blinked a few times at the laughing Bakuto, not comprehending what this meant. So... that before wasn't an attempt to kill him? What else?! Letting out a pityful whimper, the boy looked at the demon woman, gulping once.

"Well...uhm... pl-pleased to meet you..." He said, in his polite tone. Although he was still unsure, thus he moved his face closer to the ground, but his eyes met hers.

"M-My name is D-Daisuke Kirai...I-I'm a demon... A-And wh-who are you?" He asked, kicking the ground. He was not only shy, but also scared. And at the same time confused, since Bakuto seems to get a kick out of this.

"Your a demon? Really?" War blinked then smiled. "Ok! Oh I haven't really introduced myself to you yet and Bakuto-kun knows me already." She said before smileing down at Daisuke. "I don't think you need to know my real name but you can call me War or War-chan. I am Bakuto-kun's best friend and sometimes sensei!" Bakuto finally stopped laughing and just nodded an affirmative to what she just said. "Yup. Though she should lay off the crazy when it comes to some training exercises." He mumbled.

The boy relaxed a little when the woman introduced herself, looking as if she didn't mean harm. Smiling up at her now too, the boy happily tilted his head.

"Hiya, War-san. Pleased to have made your acquaintance!" He said in regained energy, looking youthful up at her.

"What... wait! You're Bakuto-san's best friend? Oh, I didn't know! Then I'm sure you're nice!" Daisuke exclaimed, giggling a little afterwards. Maybe some support was what they needed!

"Say, War-san. Bakuto is right now trying to make me more... ferocious, so to say. More like a demon. I'd be honored if you could help there aswell."

War just grinned at this. "Really? I guess I could help with that! It should be easy!" War said excitedly. This made Bakuto shiver. 'Oh boy. She is in a crazy happy mood now. Almost feel sorry for Daisuke now. Hope he survives. I know I barely end up surviveing her training.' Bakuto thought and shivered again. 'Though she is beautiful when happy. Hell, she's beautiful period.'

The boy smiled excitely when War said she'd help. Grinning, he gave War a soft handshake.

"Thanks, War-sama! I'll do what'cha say!" He exclaimed happily. As Daisuke glanced over at Bakuto, he saw how... rather scared he looked. Was he afraid of something? Ah well!

Jumping a little on the spot, Daisuke did a rather hypocritical picture.

"Okidokie! I'm all ready to be all ferocious! And fight! And be a demon!"

Screaming cheerfully, the boy danced once around War, not figuring the danger he's getting himself into.

War just continued grinning. "OK! Let's get going! We got to find ourselves a nice cave or hole full of dangerous and carnivourus beast to throw you in so we can see what you can do!" She said as she scooped Daisuke up and turned to Bakuto. "Come on Bakuto-kun! Your going to help and fight out as well!" She told Bakuto which made him pale and gulp abit before she started going off in a random direction.

'Murakumo I think I am going to regret getting War into this.' Murakumo just shrugged. "You always end up regretting getting War involved with anything you do. Doesn't change the fact you love her and want to do anything she asks of you no matter how crazy and dangerous the training is." His sourusodo replied getting a growl from Bakuto. 'I HATE it when your right.' He replied as he followed his best friend.

The boy still remained his smile, untill he got scooped and heard something about 'dangerous beasts'...

Sobering immediatly, the boy's eyes widdend in fear. What was she going to do?! Is she trying to kill him FOR REAL now?! Flailing in protest once more, the boy yelled for Bakuto to rescue him from the horror that War was going to pull him through.

"No! I don't wanna! I don't wanna diiieeee!" he said rather childishly, but his fear was clearly hearable. Daisuke was chilled to the bone to be thrown against some monster.

"I'm here to learn how to be a demon, not how to die as early as possible! Damnit!! Bakuto!!!" Flailing more, he felt himself not possible to get away from War's heavy grip. She was a high class demon, he could feel that, but this was just...

Giving one last try, Daisuke's eyes suddenly flared red, gained slits (Signifying his use of his demonic energy/Darkness) and he yelled at War with a serious, and slightly distorted, dark voice.

"LET! ME! DOOOOWN!"

Although immediatly afterwards, his moment faded, causing him to cough, thinking he simply had something stuck in his throat. Afterall, he was a little 'raspy' for a moment there.

Bakuto just sighed at his poor little friend as he walked behind War and the struggling Daisuke. He just wondered what type of monster they would end up fighting because of Daisuke's naive mind. He just hoped it wasn't a snake. He then heard Daisuke's scream and his eyes widen.

"Well, never thought I'd hear the kid yell like that." He said as he walked up to the pouting War.

War just pouted sadly and cutely at Daisuke. "Why? Don't you like being carried and hugged by a beautiful girl?" She asked innocently. 'Innocent. Yeah right.' Were Bakuto's thoughts. She could be sometimes he guessed but he was always questioning that along with her sanity during and after training with her. Though that still didn't stop him from being in love with her. Though he was afraid to admit it out loud considering her response might frieghten him or worse break his heart.

Grumling a little, the boy turned towards War, but kept an annoyed face.

"I don't care if you're a female or not! Fact is, that you're dragging me to a monster to kill me! So let me goooo!" Daisuke yelled, yet didn't manage to get that, more believeable, voice up again. He was far too intimidated and felt a strong lack of self-confidence to do so.

Finally giving up, he let himself sink, not struggling anymore. Although he was still scared, and shivering. Daisuke's eyes looked up at Bakuto, showing slight tears, and them being deluded. His demon blood was currently rather hiding in a corner, instead of showing itself a second time. The boy's eyes could melt any heart, as they spoke of a severe fear.

Bakuto saw Daisuke's look and sighed. He knew the boy was afraid. Heaven, he was afraid to because he knew War. But he also knew this would help Daisuke out in the long run and the fact he will be with him suffering as well. Besides, if things did get too dangerous for them War would bail them out. Unless War saw something cute when that happens then they might die.

So looking Daisuke straight in the eye he said. "Sorry Daisuke. But this training will help you out in the long run." 'If we survive.' he thought to himself. No need to scare the little demon any further right? "Besides, I've dealt with War-chan's training before and I'm still in one peice."

Letting out a huge sigh, the boy quit looking at Bakuto, and looked at the ground instead. Why him? All he wanted to do was learn how being a demon is like, and not learn how to die the quickest of ways. Letting out a sad sigh, the boy quietly whispered:

"Narora... why aren't you here right now...?"

Daisuke already felt uneasy, but his senses suddenly sky-rocketed when he felt a different presence around. Glancing, rather frantic, the boy searched for the source of whatever was approaching them. But he saw nothing. Only rocks and sand.

Out of instinct, Daisuke began to growl. His growl was rather high pitched, and comparable to a small dog, but it clearly was due to him being a demon that he growled to begin with. His entire body vibrated under the growl, and his eyes began to turn red once more.

Due to the boy's missing training, he could only feel the presence, and not determine where it is. Infact, a giant armored worm was making its was through the ground to them...

War felt Daisuke shake and heard him growl which she found cute but stopped as she felt something off. Bakuto noticed this and stopped as well as he felt something comeing closer to. Whatever this is Daisuke was also reacting to it if him growling and eyes changing color was any indication. But where is it coming from?

"Stay on gaurd." War suddenly said with a serious face as she put Daisuke down and turned to face a random direction she can feel the vibrations and power coming from. "Something big is heading this way. Be ready you two." Bakuto nodded as he saw the look she had and recognized it. This was the look she had when a serious threat could be near and it always told him to listen to her no matter what she says. "Right." Bakuto said as he drew Murakumo.
